I cannot configure my Classe 300 EOS, what should I do? | Legrand België

Ik kan mijn Classe 300 EOS niet configureren. Wat moet ik doen?

Open the Home + Security App and select "Install new products" from the settings. Follow the instructions.
Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz network. The EOS Class 300 is not compatible with 5 GHz networks.

If you are using an iOS device and get the error "Cannot add an accessory", put the iOS device in airplane mode for more than 30 seconds, turn off airplane mode and restart the installation.

If you are using an Android device, make sure you don't have any adblocker applications enabled on your device. If so, disable the adblocker app when installing the Classe 300 EOS.
If you want to install the Classe 300 EOS on a Wi-Fi repeater:
Make sure it does not have the same name (SSID) as the router.
To check that the repeater is working correctly, try installing the Classe 300 EOS directly on the router (by changing the network that also the smartphone is connected).
